Utensils
All items are hand carved from local wood here in New Orleans. We have trees come down often and these are what I collect,cut and dry the wood so it can be used for functional items safe for use with food.
Note that the woods I have available for items depend on what I have dry at this time. It is a slow process but I generally have pecan, cherry, mulberry,heart pine,
some maple,holly and oak. Other wood like sweet olive,elm,pear and black locust are not as common.

Muddlers- pecan,maple, magnolia, sweet gum, cherry or mulberry 10"-13"
Muddlers are used for making cocktails like mojito or mint juleps to crush the mint or bruise fruit.
